Three kinds of letters get answered first

• Fine-print catches we missed — a clause, cap or fee in a free plan we cover that our write-up doesn't mention.
• Corrections — anything we got wrong, ideally with a link to the plan page or help doc that shows it.
• Plan-page changes — pricing edits, renamed tiers, quietly deleted features. Screenshots with dates are gold.

We don't take vendor placements and scores aren't for sale, so pitches along those lines can save the postage. Everything else — including disagreement about a score — is welcome.
